We aim to listen and act, recognising the diverse needs of our customers.

At Gateway, we’re not just a housing association; we’re a reliable provider of social housing dedicated to building partnerships that deliver the best results for each household.

We are led by our PACE values.

“Before starting my current role at Gateway Housing, I
had no sales or development experience or knowledge.
“I’ve always been heavily supported and can feel how much my team want me to succeed. I am always encouraged to learn more, attend training, and explore qualifications to my future.”

Kelly Smith
Kelly SmithSales and Marketing Officer
I joined Gateway in July 2023 following a two-year period in which I had left the sector to explore programme management with NHS England for two years.
The attributes I value most are persistence, kindness, and honesty, and during the last ten months, I have spent time getting to know colleagues to understand people’s strengths.  Ten months on, from starting and thinking back, my initial sense of there being a willingness to improve things for our customers is that we’re planting the seeds needed to grow our level of customer focus, and I’m expecting more momentum in the coming months.  As an organisation, I feel supported in my efforts to develop and positively affect change in the business.
